My Kean Google user name and password are not working when I try to access the Library's databases from off campus. Can you help me?
Let's see if we can figure out what's wrong.
First, please check that you are entering the username and password for your Kean Google email account (not a personal, non-Kean email account). Please make sure that you are typing your Kean Google username without "@kean.edu."
Also, please check and possibly adjust the Internet security/firewall settings on your computer. Some users may find that they are not able to access the Library's databases because of firewall restrictions on home or non-Kean workplace computers.
If you are still not able to access the Library's databases by logging in with your Kean Google username and password, please contact the Office of Computer Services at (908) 737-6000.
In the meantime, please try JerseyClicks. JerseyClicks features research databases provided by the New Jersey State Library. You will need a library barcode from your local New Jersey public library.
