Q. Is the Kean University Library open to the public?

The Nancy Thompson Learning Commons is open to the public, although certain services are only available to Kean Students, Faculty or Staff. 

The following services require a valid Kean University ID:

• Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Statistical programs (e.g. SPSS)
• Printing
• Scanning documents to e-mail
• Checking out books*
