Q. What are e-books (ebooks, electronic books)?

E-books are electronic versions of printed books. At present, more than 400,000 e-books are available to Kean University students and faculty. You will need a Kean Google username and password in order to read the Library's e-books both on or off-campus.  If you need a Kean Google username and password, contact the Office of Computer and Information Services at (908) 737-6000.

Many of the Library’s e-books are available through WorldCat Discovery which enables you to search by keywords, title, author, or subject.

When searching WorldCat Discovery, you may limit your search results to e-books by selecting eBook under Format from the Selected Filters Menu (left side of the screen).
