Q. Can I get help with my research assignment on the weekends?

There are several ways to contact a librarian for research assistance.

• Visit the Access Services Desk, and a staff member will direct you to the librarian on duty.
• Use the Learning Commons Support Chat service, which is available 24/7. Visit https://libguides.kean.edu/NTLC. The chat box is located on the right side of the screen.
• Schedule an individual research consultation with a librarian using this link: https://kean.libcal.com/appointments.
• You can submit a question via email. Please allow 48 hours for a reply if you submit a question on the weekend.
