The Nancy Thompson Library and Learning Commons no longer houses audiovisual material for use by academic departments. All previously held audiovisual material have been sent to the academic departments who most used them. In addition, the Library no longer accepts orders from faculty for new audiovisual material to be sent to the requesting department. However, please note that numerous resources are available from the online streaming audio and video collections listed below.
- BBC Shakespeare Plays (Ambrose Video)
- Counseling and Therapy in Video (Alexander Street Press)
- CountryWatch Videos
- Digital Theatre Plus
- Films on Demand
- ICE Learning Center (International Clinical Educators)
- Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) -- Biology and Behavior sections
- Naxos Music Library
- Naxos Music Library Jazz
- Psychotherapy.net
- Routledge Performance Archive
- Stash (Stash Media) -- Click on LOGIN
- Theatre in Video (Alexander Street Press)
If you need a particular video or sound recording that is not available through one of the library's online streaming video collections, please complete an Interlibrary Loan Request Form to request the media item from another lending library.
Please refer to the Online Multimedia Resources Research Guide for links to other Library databases as well as freely available web sites that feature online videos, podcasts, and other media useful for educational purposes.
For additional questions about audiovisual material, please contact the Nancy Thompson Library and Learning Commons administration office at 908-737-4600.
