Q. How do I put articles on electronic (online) course reserve for my students to access?

Kean faculty members may put articles or chapters on Electronic Reserve for their students to access through WorldCat Discovery on the Nancy Thompson Learning Commons website. Please use the following steps to place articles on Electronic Reserve:

• Retrieve a PDF full-text version of the article or chapter from a database OR scan a print (hard-copy) version of the article/chapter so that you have a PDF version.
   
• Complete the Course Reserve Request Form, which will allow you to upload your PDF article(s) or chapter(s).
   
• Click Submit. 

Please submit the reserve request form with PDF at least 2 weeks before your students' required usage of the materials. Submitted reserve materials will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis.
